A pretty basic but very annoying problem now that technology relies on the lighter!!

Previous owner had some "fantastic" internal LEDs wired in to lighter, so that when insert was pressed in and sidelights or headlamps were on, they came on.

Insert would never heat up, nor would phone charger/sat nav work.

I've removed the lighting, but still no joy with phone charger etc...

Could it be a fuse? I've probably over looked this as the "wonderful" lights worked,

but looking for any suggestions before I go dismatling dash to fix (or not)
