Vauxhall Tigra - Vauxhall Tigra 2000 boot hinge leak help - hankkosovo

I have a 2000 1.6 Vauxhall Tigra, and the drivers side boot hinge is leaking when it rains, (the side that connects to the body, so it leaks in the cabin) and with the weather the past few days the back seat has gotten soaked, does anyone know how to fix this?

If it's got loose you'd have to pull the trim off and tighten the fittings, but I'd be more inclined to suspect a dirty seal.

If the rubber has gone a bit dried up, you used to be able to get a product which rejuvenated it. Worked wonders.
