volkswagen Golf V / Mazda 3 / Skoda Octavia / BMW1 - ABS/ESP module problem - eustace

Any idea how frequent this problem is? Is it a problem that all cars fitted with this unit will definitely suffer at some point, or is it an issue that affects only a small percentage.

I am particulalrly interested in knowing the frequency of occurency on Mazda 3s.
