My retired neighbour has an old Alvis she wants to sell, but doesn't know where to go.
It looks pretty classy and has been well looked after and used sparingly, however it recently had a suspected big end incident and was stretchered back to its garage. Are there any owners groups, or people who might be able to advise on its value / best place to sell?

Harry,
Practical Classics should have a club listed, or you could contact Thoroughbred & Classic Cars magazine on 01733 465798 (Email: classic.cars@ecm.emap.com)
Can't find a club address on the web - strange !
Alternatively, a compnay called Red Triangle are one of the leadind parts suppliers / restorers of Alvi. They are at "www.redtriangle.co.uk"
Good Luck, but beware the vultures !
