Any road is basically safe. It's the drivers using it that can prove the problem.

the m25 actually has a good safety record. better than the A3 dual carriageway from j10 of the M25 to Guildford.

Motorways are safer

Because

in M'way, we have several lanes and thus drivers can choose whatever speed they want to drive [let's not bring about M25 in peak hours please]

So, frustration is less when driving on motorways. A large number of accidents are caused by drivers' frustration.

"A large number of accidents are caused by drivers' frustration" Which begs several questions. Data? Suitability of said drivers to control a motor vehicle? Capacity of NHS to deal with mental illness?
