05 1.8 Climate Control System Problem - RodC
The original problem was that the heater/aircon fan continued running after the engine was switched off, eventually flattening the battery. The garage's (Vauxhall dealer) reponse was to replace the air conditioning control unit. This did not cure the problem and introduced a new fault - the airflow is now wrongly directed, for example I have to select the windscreen vents to get air to come out of the fascia vents.

The car is back in the garage. They have replaced a resitor but now seem to have no idea what to try next.

Any ideas?
