mgf trophy suspension settings - kev the rev

guys

anybody know the exact height of the suspension setting for the front wheels for an MG F Trophy 160 SE.

The local garage pumped up the system to allow access to their ramp and then reset he system too low.
( the ride is very hard and tyres rub the body at full lock )

They have offered to reset but didn't check the orginal height.

The standard setting is 368mm ; centre of wheel to wheel arch vertical, but the trophy is lower, but by how much?
