If you get a 'missed call' number on your mobile phone that starts with 0709, just delete it. It is a premium rate number scam.

I have just looked a at Mrs buzbee's mobile to see 0709 680 8503 as a missed call!
As you will read from the above link, the 0709 bit indicates a scam and those last 7 numbers can vary.

I should have said, 'if you get an 0709 you do not recognise' as, aparently, some 0709's are OK. Read the link.
