Can someone point me in the right direction. I have a 2001 330d sport saloon and wish to remove the rear bumper as someone has backed into it causing a very shallow dent. I have tried looking everywhere to no avail. I thought there would have been a "how to" but I can't find it. someone must have removed one as there seems plenty on the road.
Any help would be appreciated

Try removing the black bumper trim, behind this you will most likely find two large bolts that need to be removed. Check the rear wheel arches/wheel liners for any other bolts or to remove mudflaps if fitted. With the bolts removed, pull the bumper rearward (towards you if directly behind the car), as it is probably located on slide rails.

This is how it was removed on my old E34 BMW and if I had to remove the trim on my new 330, thats how I would first go about it. I am pretty sure Haynes do a manual for this car, so that would be a worthwhile investment.
