Cat Scratches - Martin Welsh
Anyone know the best way to keep next doors cat off my car?
Re: Cat Scratches - Malcolm
Martin, Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do,cats have the protection of english law as far as I am aware in as much as they have the right to roam. All I can suggest is do not chase them off as this will result in deep scratches as they scrabble to get away. ps they do more damage to our native bird life than they do to our cars!.
Re: Cat Scratches - John Slaughter
Put the car in the garage, but don't do what I once did and lock next door's cat in there with it!

Cheers

Re: Cat Scratches - Roger Keene
Cat powder is effective . However, it can be messy and not very convenient.

The cat might get the message after a few doses!

Re: Cat Scratches - Cliff Pope
Wait till you catch the cat asleep on your bonnet, and then start up and move off suddenly. It might remember next time!

Martin,
Fox hunting should be abolished.
It should be replaced with cat hunting legalised for the red coated brigade who would be able to find a use for their hounds and horses.
They would be welcome to start in my garden..........
