Hi,
I am getting a very worrying grinding noise while accelerating in 1st and second, and a lot of vibration through the clutch when bringing up on the same gears.
Any ideas what the problem and solution is to fixing this?

How many miles does this vehicle have?

It is coming up to 77,000 miles now. I have, in the last 6 months started driving it to work everyday which is a 50 mile round trip down a motorway, where before it used to take us the 2 mile round trip to Tesco for the weekly trip. So I think it is having a bit of an unused overuse problem!
