Ford Territory 6Cyl 4L 2010 petrol - Transmission oil change - name of road

My garage says my transmission oil is 'cloudy ', what does this mean, and should I have it changed? Is there a drain plug to drain the old oil? It's an automatic.

red translucent = new

red opaque = normal

brown opaque = change

black opaque = too late!
