PC e-mail problems. - Wardlows

With no warning, if I try to access my e-mails through MSN and Outlook, I can get to a blank Live screen and no log-in boxes

I can access Windows Live through the Start Button but the e-mail screen is very different to the one via Outlook.

Any ideas as to how I might get my original Live e-mails back.

Same issue here - using Chrome I get a blank screen, using Firefox it is fine!

Thanks, took your advice and loaded Firefox. Works a treat.

Mind you, if you load Windows Live Mail via the Start button and All Programs you do get a more comprehensive Hotmail layout, more akin to MS Word.

I suppose it is what you get used to.

I had the same problem in IE. Advised by BT helpline to change browser to Chrome. No more problems. Seems just try and find browser in which something works - no single browser seems perfect !

And did you first try clearing the settings in Internet Options?
