Noticed recently on the M4 J24 (Coldra) Westbound, that there are black pods like Hair dryers over looking each of the 3 lane from the gantry. Currently there are no camera's on this gantry as we know them, but gantry before has large grey boxed cameras.

But heard rumours of this stretch East and West bound are to become 'Average Speed coverage) as in Port Talbot area.

Would these black pods be in readiness for the Average Speed scanning.
