I don't have any detailed knowledge of Adblue, but AFAIK it is a strong aqueous solution of (mostly) urea, which I would guess is what crystallises out, presumably because some water has evaporated or the Adblue has got too cold at some point. You could always try shaking and warming it slightly, or if that isn't enough, add some deionised water.
