Excessive Audi A3 1.8 TFSI oil consumption

My daughter has an 2010 Audi A3 1.8 petrol. About 2 years ago she took to Audi Leeds to complain about excessive oil consumption which they said they had dealt with. The problem has now returned so that from full to oil warning light on she only did about 350 miles. Any ideas? The car has a full Audi service history.

Standard problem with this and the 2.0 TFSI CDAA engines that Audi was compelled to rectify in the USA and which readers have reported is now being fixed FoC by Audi dealers in the UK. You say it has a full Audi service history. Take it back to the Audi dealer and ask.
