Will I be charged for parking my non-compliant car within the ULEZ?
I live within the ULEZ. Can I park my non-compliant car on the road and just pay £12.50 every day I drive it?

I believe so. The TfL site says: "The charges only need to be paid if you drive your vehicle within the zone. Parked vehicles are not subject to any charges."
