  Hi all, I'm after a radio code for my Ford Fiesta 1.2 lx after the car battery has ran flat. The number printed on the radio unit is M080963. Trying to get away without having to pay a frankly extortionate £30 quoted!!! Thanks in advance, Daniel

  My odb tells me it goes from 700-900. Can feel it revving. Also on idle sometimes it will stay on 900rpm. Its a 2001 Ford Focus 1.6 Ghia. Does it sound like the ICV? Cheers

  This warning light shows periodically, there is no obvious engine problem and Ford dealers can not solve this problem. It also happens on my wife's 2005 petrol Focus Titanium Any ideas?

  Hi, can anyone tell me if the problems that the old focus1.6 diesel and fiesta suffered ie. turbo failure and leaking injectors still apply to the new shape focus, or have ford sorted these out now. Do these new focus's have different engines. Sparky 100. Thanks.

  Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the EGR valve on a Ford Transit MK7 without bringing on the MIL light? I know how to do this on a MK5 and a MK6, but the MK7 seems more difficult. I understand why the valve is there, but they do seem fault prone and it would be nice to be able to avoid all the problems that they seem to cause.

  hi, my focus turns over fine, however, it will only start when a small amount of petrol is poured into the air intake..any ideas as the auto electrician can't diagnose and the garages have been hopeless..last resort is a ford dealer which will cost a fortune..thanks

  On start up of mondeo 2.2 tdci there is a rattle like a bearing being worn rev the engine slightly the engine slightly it goes away someone said it sounded like the exhaust blowing. I spoke to local ford and they say common problem and £350 to fix new pulley wheels and tensioner required. Anyone here about this

  My 2006 focus is due for its 6 yr service and the Ford agent tells me that the DPF should be replaced at a cost of several hundred pounds.The car has only done 55k as opposed to the usual 75k or thereabouts. Is it really necessary to re;lace at this stage.

  I just got a ford focus 1.8 petrol 1999 T reg which is runing perfect but the only problem i having  is with  the speedometer, it drops dead at any speed and it then comes back to life after couple of minutes, this is frustrating for  me as I am a new driver.
