V50 AWD? 4 Dec 2003 (Forum)
Am I right in thinking the V50 as mentioned in the news section is basically the estate variant of the V40, meaning its based on the Ford C-Car platform? If so, the availabilty of an all-wheel drive version suggests good news for people holding out for a (the longed promised) 4x4 Cosworth Focus... -

Ford Transit gearbox 11 Oct 2003 (Forum)
I'm a part-time professional driver (people) and often have to drive a Ford Transit minibus (M-reg) which is difficult to get into first gear. An hour in slow-moving traffic leads to an extremely painful left arm. Is it a foregone conclusion that a solution to this problem is difficult and expensive? -

Is any old black tape suitable for masking headlamps for continental driving. Motoring - France 17 Feb 2003 (Forum)
Having had out holiday flights 'withdrawn' by RyanAir , we now face a long drive to the Dordogne this summer.
