  • Review: Hedkayse One helmet (productReview)
We're more likely to stick with leaving our old helmet locked to the bike at the station, meaning more room in a backpack and less weight on the run. That said, if we were using public hire bikes more regularly, then we would turn to this lid. At £150, the Hedkayse is more expensive than many other quality helmets, which while not folding, are rated very highly.
  • Review: Suzuki GSX-R125 (productReview)
It looks the business, too, and would make a great little commuter machine for entry-level riders who want to nip through traffic. Being a Suzuki, there shouldn't be any reliability issues either. It's pretty cheap to run (tax is £19 for the year, after all) and it doubles up as a fun little bike to throw around on the weekends. The size makes it an excellent choice for new riders who will want to be able to put their feet on the ground at red lights, but taller riders will almost certainly struggle feeling so tucked up on it.
  • Top 10: Best electric drills 2023 (Article)
Dewalt DCD796P2-GB Cordless Brushless Drill Kit If you want a powerful cordless drill that’s going to run for ages then this DeWalt package is a great option; it comes with a charger and two high-capacity 5.0Ah batteries, unlike the lesser batteries that tend to be offered in other kits. It’s also light, easy to control and has a hammer mode.
  • Review: Brainwavz S0 headphones (productReview)
We found the Comply foam tips to be very effective in the office at blocking out the hubbub of keyboards tapping, quiet chatter and ringing phones. They aren't  practical for use at the gym though, When running,  the shirt clip is necessary to stop the weight of the wire pulling the earphones out. The bi and tri-flange tips are great for  higher levels of isolation.
  • Top 10: Cheapest vacuum cleaners (Article)
Vax Gator Cordless Handheld Currently offered at a reduced price of £40, this Vax model has a 10V rating to give a slightly longer run time of 15 minutes, with a 300ml capacity and a modest weight of 1.24kg should make it easy to handle. It’s also another brand with plenty of experience in the field, which probably explains the two-year UK guarantee too.
  • Top 10: Cheapest dash cams (Article)
Orskey provide a 12-month guarantee along with the dash cam, however, they don't provide the micro SD card you'll need to get the S680 up and running.  Petzio dual dash cam Simply called the Petzio dash cam, as far as we can tell, this model offers a front and back model for this price - making it very decent value for money. There isn't a whole lot of technical information available, but footage resolution is 1080P and we can assume the rear dash cam will record at 720p.
  • Review: Yamaha NMAX 125 (productReview)
The seat height is a little taller than the Honda PCX’s, but what’s 5mm between friends? And like the Honda, the Yamaha is not a step-thru design, so you have a central spar running between your legs. This gives a sense of greater solidity, though it means you can’t stash a shopping bag or lap case down there as you ride. However, the underseat storage is good on the NMAX, so you can keep bags safe and dry as you ride and then store a full-face helmet with room to spare once you’ve parked up.
  • Review: Honda NSC 50 E Vision (productReview)
Some caution is needed when you encounter deeper ruts, not because of the wheel size but the Vision’s rear shock absorber seems to run out of, well, absorbency. This results in an occasional jolt through the frame. When you park up, there’s sufficient space under the lift-up seat for most full-face helmets, but that’s your lot for secure storage unless you spend the extra on an optional top box.
  • Honest John Kit Award Winners 2019 (Article)
We think it's worth spending a few extra quid to get a brand you recognise, especially when you're dealing with something that runs on gas. >> Read the full review
  • How to buy a used camper van (Article)
If there is a deposit of whitish or creamy-grey 'mayonnaise' underneath, it means one of two things. The van has led a life of very short runs from cold starts, has never warmed up properly and the condensation this has created has mixed with the oil.  Engines run like this have less than a quarter of the life of engines run properly.
  • Review: Ohme Home Pro EV Charger (productReview)
A few hours later and he was done. We had our Ohme Home Pro fitted to the front of our house with the power supply cable neatly running along the ground and around our front door step. We chose to have the cable storage alongside as we have often have two EVs to charge - one of which changes pretty much every week so we're never sure where the charging point will be.
  • Review: CF Moto 650 GT (productReview)
It comes with auto-dimming and is easy to read in the day and at night. You also get back-lit switches, two USB ports and a 12-volt charger so running sat-nav from your phone or a separate device is easy. One thing we noticed every time we swung our leg over the 650 GT was it feels every gram of its 226kg kerb weight, and that’s without factoring in the extra weight of panniers.
  • Top 10: Experience days for petrolheads (Article)
Expect to be thrilled and humbled all at the same time. 30 Minute Young Driver Experience The 30 Minute Young Driver Experience is run by the UK's largest under-17 driving academy and is designed for 10-17 year olds (minimum height of 4'8" ). • Review: Toro 56 cm PoweReverse ADS SmartStow lawnmower (productReview)
The first thing to say is that this Toro is not a mower designed for small areas. It's a hefty machine and a bulky thing to handle when it's not running. However, it's certainly solid and feels built to last. The Briggs and Stratton 675 EXI engine starts easily and first time, with minimal effort required on the pull cord. While this is technically a self-propelled mower, the Toro is quite different from others in its control.
  • Review: Cybex Cloud Z i-size infant carrier (productReview)
This Cloud Z child seat is an evolution of a Cybex design that’s been running for some time. It’s 15 per cent lighter and comes with some impressive functionality. When paired with the modular Base Z, with its rotating mechanism, it allows you to not only fit the infant carrier into the car but turn it too.
  • Review: Michelin Fit2Go Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) (productReview)
Tyre pressure readings are accurate and there's a loud beep when the wheels get rolling to let you know the TPMS is up and running. However, we worry about the security of the sensors considering it would only take a couple of minutes to make off with all four.
    Review: JustPark app (productReview)
Once you've booked a space, you'll get handy reminders about it and, if you need more time, extending your time there is easy enough as long as no one else has booked it (which is never an issue we've run into in the two years we've used it). Rebooking is very simple, which means if you find a space you like to use then you can easily find and book it again. Payment is also very easy with the app accepting Apple Pay, PayPal or card payments.
  • Review: Lexmoto Enigma 125 (productReview)
If you’re wedded to the idea of owning a 125cc scooter for a very long time, it’s probably worth spending more to gain some added equipment that isn’t offered with the Lexmoto Enigma 125. However, if what you want or need is a cost-effective, fine-riding scooter with low running costs, there are few that can compare. There are a couple of areas where the bargain price shows in the quality of fit and finish and there’s no ABS, but otherwise, the Enigma is sound in almost every department you can name.
  • Review: Cambridge Audio YOYO (S) speaker (productReview)
width=500&height=333.33333333333337" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/cccfc03389374210b2caa6985968fda1" /> The wool is worsted, which means all the fibres run in the same direction (for all of the readers who aren't wool connoisseurs), and it doesn't hinder the sound at all. It's also treated to repel debris, water and wear and tear. The wool cover gives the YOYO (S) a classier look than most similarly sized and priced speakers, which means we're slightly forgiving on the sound - which, although very good, isn't as up to scratch with products from manufacturers like
Top 10: Best axle stands 2023 (Article)
Vigor V2477 3 Tonne Axle Stands Many cars have jacking points with sill seams running through them; use a conventional jack or stand on these points and you’ll often flatten the seam, which can damage the paint and – besides looking ugly – cause corrosion-related issues. These heavy-duty Vigor axle stands, however, feature rubber pads with grooves in them to protect the sill seams.
