Jaguar X-Type Estate (2004 - 2007) - 05 2.0d 2 faults

05 2.0d 2 faults - markymate
Brought a 2.0d jaguar estate in April. Everything seems find(except for a noisy air con unit). I now have two small faults, rear door won't lock and now windscreen washer is not working. Pump seems to be working, and despite clearing pipes and blowing down main pipe till water bubbles out of reservoir it is still not working. Know it's not major stuff, but can anybody help.

Probably has the same faults as a Mondeo.A problem with the door latch/actuator and a defective washer pump.Usually you can hear the pump rotating but does not produce any pressure caused by the plastic impellor being worn.Interesting to know how much a pump costs ,a Mondeo unit is £50.hth
