My new Grande Punto 1.9 Multijet has a Bluetooth system called "Blue and Me". It doesn't seem to work with my Samsung D500. I can pair the phone with "Blue and Me" but I can't upload the phone book, make calls or receive calls. Anyone else encountered this?

do you have the latest firmware on your phone? this should be upgradeable free (if it is still in warranty). These bespoke car systems are also not always fully compatible with all of the features with every handset. try speaking to Fiat customer services and see if your handset is fully supported.

I've got a Samsung E720. Brilliant phone but it can't connect to the photo points in town to print out my photos.
Maybe a Samsung issue?

I had a D500 and loved it. Nice phone but sometimes, little design features got on my nerves. I woudln't be surprised if the issue was with the phone rather than the car.
