What's the best car for comfort for people with severe back issues?

What cars can you recommend for people with severe back issues please? I am assuming pch lease over 3 years looking for £250 to £330 per month.

A Citroen C4 is likely to be at the upper end of that budget (if you're looking at a petrol - it should be possible to buy the e-C4 electric version for less), but will prove very comfortable. Citroen puts a greater emphasis on comfort than most of its rivals, using 'Progressive Hydraulic Cushion Suspension' in the C4 and many other models.
