Have a problem with no dipped headlights on 1995 peugeot 306td,
no power source at headlights, relay appears to be ok, think it may be dipped headlight resistor, but do not know where it is located. Any ideas anyone?

Have you checked the fuse?

Burnt out dim-dip resistor and multiplug is a common problem on 306's of that age. It's situated under or adjacent to the fusebox on the passenger side inner wing. A cylindrical device with a multiplug going to it, holding three wires. Bet you'll find one burnt out.
