I have had an upsetting and lengthy ordeal with Excel Parking Services - can you keep this on record?

I am severely disabled with arthritis and incontinence and have undergone an upsetting and lengthy ordeal with Excel Parking Services Limited. I realise the saga is too long to publish, but at least you can keep a copy on record. I find it unbelievable that the registered disabled should be so callously and meanly treated.

The British Parking Association has asked that if I receive further complaints that I feel are justified, I should ask them to register their concern at www.britishparking.co.uk/AOS-Enquiries You can find the BPA Code of Practice at: www.britishparking.co.uk/Approved-Operator-Scheme-...e (TinyURL: tinyurl.com/89jvq52)
