  Good afternoon Ford dealer (and HJ) says Powershift gerabox needs 3 year oil change at £250 Ford UK directly contradict this suggestion by saying; 'this gearbox is a sealed unit, meaning the gearbox oil inside the gearbox is expected to last the life time of the vehicle and isn’t changed during a service hence the phrase ‘sealed unit’.

  My Nokia 6303 has been working fine with the ford bluetooth,but,no longer.Eventhough the screen states connected to  ford audio on switch on, no functions are working thru the ford system.I have repaired and it has confirmed connection but when a call comes through its through the mobile only,i cant dial through the ford audio buttons either...!!!

  Is it normal to take over a week for a Ford garage to source parts for a repair? My focus went in last Monday needing a new rear bumper, and as yet the parts have not even arrived. In the meantime I'm driving an 08 reg Focus so of course I'm not complaining but just thought it strange that it takes so long for ford to source parts
