Kia rewards drivers with bargain fuel stunt 22 Jan 2015 (News)
Kia has promoted the Soul EV by taking over a fuel station and giving away full tanks of fuel for just £2.80. The promotional stunt took place at an unnamed garage to highlight the Soul EV’s ability to cover up to 132 miles from a full charge costing just £2.80. Each motorist was charged less than the price of a takeaway sandwich for their fuel, no matter how much they had put into their vehicle. Supermarkets offer new ways to save on fuel 18 Jul 2013 (News)
Supermarkets often come up with ways to entice customers into their stores, not least by offering money off fuel. The latest offers come from Tesco and Asda – though they’re quite different. Tesco is offering up to 30p off every litre of fuel if customers by specific items, in store or online, while Asda’s latest update to its mobile app shows fuel places for each of its stores. -
