That too signifies a democratisation of automotive progress. -

Finished in Jaguar Racing Green, the car sits on the correct, body-colour wire wheels and is equipped with the 3-speed Borg-Warner automatic transmission. Estimate: £14,000-£17,000. One of the reasons why Jaguars appeal to such a wide range of collectors is the fact that models are available to suit every budget, and two lots in the April 14th sale prove that point well; an elegant 1998 XK8 Coupé offered at just £2,500-£3,500, and a handsome 1995 XJ6 with an estimate of £1,500-£2,500. -

eBay Auction Repoert 3rd April 2005 3 Apr 2005 (News)
This compares to the £300 paid for an 89F white Micra 1.2GS with 65k. It had 6 months MOT, but the reason why it sold for that much was probably down to its automatic gearbox. Finally a Rover 420GSi on a 93L with a couple of MOT failing faults sold for £51 with a months ticket and tax still left. One to watch The Chrysler 300C from last week didn’t make the £31,000 the company importing wanted. -

Used Pick-Up Buying Guide: Nissan Navara 2005-2016 16 Jun 2025 (News)
The higher power 2.5 dCi claims 33.2mpg while the V6 boasts 29.7mpg, but you’ll do very well to get anything like that in real-world driving. As standard the four-cylinder dCi came with a six-speed manual transmission, though was optionally available with a five-speed automatic. The six-speed manual is among the slicker operating manual transmissions in this class, slotting across its gate with a lightness and ease that belies the Navara’s tough hauling and carrying capacity. -
Usual Early November Standoff at Car Auction Today 7 Nov 2012 (News)
