What about the Citroen Volcane Turbo D or the Peugeot 306 D Turbo? Both 92bhp if I recall correctly and with the 1905cc engine and the benefit of an intercooler, they were pretty brisk once the turbo was up to speed. Plenty of torque... What about the Skoda Fabia vRS? -
