Got a problemm with the wipers or the 306, they have stopped working totally, both front and back and wash wipe are all dead. Fuses are ok, I'm stumped! Help!

Checked the fuse again and it was dead, replaced it and it blew when the wipers were switched on, motor dead?

Right, it's getting better, the wipers now work, just not on intermittent!

306 is probably quite similar to the 405, and the motor is not hard to change - £20 odd from a scrappy, but make sure you don't reverse the arm when installing it or the wipers won't park in the right place.

Had a look at the linkage, it was as dry as a bone, gave it a good lubing and we now have wipers, they just won't work intermittently, whick I can live with!
Agree it would be a doddle to change the motor, I thought it might be the old 405 blocked drain problem, but it was dry!
Might be worth getting one just in case though!
