Just purchased a new set of decent quality rubber mats and as expected they do smell quite a bit. I don't need to use them urgently so i have put them in the garden to "vent".

Any suggestions for dealing with this issue i.e jet wash etc? Read more

Problem with second hand is it’s likely to be the same as what you already have . Plenty of aftermarket android units that will fit without too much hassle.

I friend of mine has got this car which was working perfectly fine until they decided to remove the dash and add aftermarket lights and switches by splicing into the wires.
Since putting everything back it won't start. It turns over but it seems there is no spark to the plugs.
What on earth could they have done to cause this? Read more

Doesn’t sound good to me . The dash pod is part of the immobiliser network, so I guess something here has been damaged .
