  hi got a 2003 citroen berlingo van and had to take plastic inlet manifold of to replace glowplugs and put it all back together , stated first turn of key and ticks over ok but when driving bloke reckons it holds back and smokes could this be manifold seals as the manifold was tight to get of the metal one
• Citroen Dispatch - Dash Lights Not Working 4 Jul 2014 (Forum)
  I have a 2004 Citroen Dispatch and the dash lights have stopped working. I have checked the bulbs and they seem okay. Is there a fuse for these (I have no manual to refer to). Also the odometer has stopped working but I'm assuming this is down tho the lights as I understand it is backlit.

  hi there my citroen dispatch is using alot of fuel 60 miles on 20 quid driving it easy and the engine sits just above 70 regardless of how your driving ive changed the stat but no joy any ideas? really appreciate your feedback

   Hi Am just about to take delivery of a nearly new citroen C3 Airdream+ with the 1.6HDI engine and was wondering if the advice given by HJ on the 31st Mar 2002 still relevant today as regards running in a new diesel engine. Any advice would be appreciated.

  bought new silver C3, nice car to drive but citroen must have run out of paint, brown undercoat in engine compartment and on underside of bonnet, looks like it has been repaired after an accident, this is what someone would think looking at it. dealer told me all C3s are like it, do anyone know if this is correct?.

  I'm still waiting on various dealers to come back to me, 1 has a Honda civic auto 1.6 2003 with 79000 on the clock, he's making sure there is some service history, it's been company used and 1 lady owner and it will be around £2800. Do you think roughly that's an ok price for a 9 year old car?Whilst waiting my car was a citroen and I've just seen a citroen c4 automatic 1.6 2007 with 120000 but it's diesel and has amazing fuel rates, it's around £3200. Any experience with the c4's? Thanks :)

  Still trying to decide what to buy......looked at a Citroen Berlingo it's an 05 diesel 1.6 . HDi....Love the space, but felt odd that there is no rest for the left foot next to the clutch pedal. Also it seemed very noisy as in bodywork rattles. Felt nippy.

  My 2002 Citroen C5 Diesel 2.0 HDI 110 has suddenly starting losing coolant, about a pint every 100 miles or so. There are no visible signs either of a radiator or hose/connection leak, or of stains on the ground.

  I have a Citroen C5 2.2 HDI 2001 Manual 74000 miles, I am sure i read somewhere that the cambelt needs changing at 100000 miles or 5 years whatever comes first, but i have called five different Citroen dealers and some said it doesn't matter about the time scale but should be changed at 100000 miles, some said it was 100000 miles or 10 years on the HDI engine and another one said best to have it changed now plus tensioners at 74000 miles.
