Hi

My Saxo has recently developed a problem when trying to start, the glow plug relay makes a loud buzzing noise, and sometimes the speedometer goes nuts, and the engine won't turn over. I was told by vehicle recovery that it was a problem with the battery not holding its charge, replaced the battery, worked for a couple of days then the same thing happened again. I've replaced the relay, checked the connections, and still no difference.

Any ideas what's wrong with it and how to fix it, or has it just died?
