citroen berlingo diesel - inlet manifold - frogmarch

hi got a 2003 citroen berlingo van and had to take plastic inlet manifold of to replace glowplugs and put it all back together , stated first turn of key and ticks over ok but when driving bloke reckons it holds back and smokes could this be manifold seals as the manifold was tight to get of the metal one

If its a turbo you could be loosing pressure if its not sealing properly
