    If you plan on driving to France this Easter, be sure to display an emissions sticker in your windscreen or risk a £117 fine. In a move to cut thick smog, which has been blanketing Paris in recent months, a colour-coded emissions sticker system was introduced in January to help cut severe pollution in the French capital.

    The detectable drugs are cannabis, ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine, benzoylecgonine, metamphetamine, LSD and heroin.  The Crime and Courts Act of 2013 sought to treat driving under the influence of drugs similarly to drink driving, by making it an offence to be in control of a vehicle while over a prescribed limit of certain controlled substances.  The UK has a "significant drug driving problem" This was in response to a 2010 report by Sir Peter North, which concluded that the UK has a "significant drug driving problem" of far greater magnitude than official accident statistics at the time suggested.

    The 1962 DB4 Series IV Vantage Convertible is one of only nine built in left-hand drive guise. It was delivered to him at the Montreux Palace Hotel in Switzerland in 1962. The car was intended for use on the continent, so it was ordered to be left-hand drive and specified with the more powerful, recently introduced 'Special Series' (Vantage) engine.

    Vintage Adventurer Rod Wade is preparing to drive across Australia – and back again – in less than 100 hours in his 1930 Ford Model A in another fundraising challenge. This is not motoring enthusiast Rod’s first driving challenge as he set a world record in November 2013  for driving 4734km from Staten Island, New York, to Venice Beach, California, in just over 50 hours.  The Ocean to Ocean Australia Challenge will see Queenslanders Rod, aged 71 and co-driver Austen Ritchie, aged 37, depart Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, on 3 June, armed with a bottle filled with water from the South Pacific Ocean, in a 1930 Ford Model A, driving around 3000 miles non-stop to Fremantle, Western Australia.
