  I took it to Citroen who replaced the glowplugs. Not fixed. Next time Citroen took it to the Renault dealer (next door), who reset the computer. Not fixed. I have booked it back into Renault myself, as this is what Citroen would have to do, as they do not have a Renault diagnostics computer. So I don?

When Renault dealer returned my car I found out a day later my front dashcam was playing up so took car to place where I had it fitted. It corrected itself after rebooting it.   When we replaced the rear suspension components the bushes came with those components so were changed. I would have hoped the Renault Garage would have suggested your idea if it was a possible solution. We would need to know exactly what bushes you are referring to, we can then establish if we have already changed these or not.

  I've had an ongoing problem with the dephaser pulley on my car - I believe it's a fairly common fault with these Renaults. I've not done anything about it because it hasn't been too much of a problem - it just takes 2 or 3 attempts to start from cold, but other than that the car runs ok.  Also, to be honest, I can't really afford the £600 repair bill that I was quoted from Renault..!!

  After problems with my renault grand espace iv turbo, I was told this tip from a renault expert. If you ever encounter problems with your turbo you may have to deal with your engine reving all by itself. This could mean that oil is entering the turbo and making the car rev up by itself.
