  800 vehicles set for BMC show 3 Jun 2016 (News)
  Around 800 vehicles will be on display at this year’s BMC & Leyland Show, which will be held at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, on Sunday, 3 July. Visitors will be able to see a huge range of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial and military – all produced under the BMC marque. As well as the cars on display, there is also an autojumble, trade stands, and a Mini concours event. There will also be two organised convoys to the show from the BMW Mini plant at Cowley and MG Longbridge.

  An Austin Montego that was once owned by stunt driver Russ Swift sold for £2500 at Anglia Car Auctions on Saturday, 23 January. The Cashmere gold over Tempest grey 1988 Montego had an MoT until August and with 17,000 miles on the clock looked like it hadn’t seen a lot of action (no, it’s not the one that featured in the advert).
