  Very keen on Toyota Corolla diesel 116psi T3. List price is £13900, broker price from ukcarbroker,and drive the deal £11840! can I realistically expect the dealer to match this or should I go for the broker? Anyone any advice/positive experience of these firms? thanks for any comments

  Having grown extremely bored,extremely quickly of my passat 1.8t sport,i would appreciate any advice on changing to another family car.It MUST have a decent chassis and be involving to drive,unlike the passat.My budget is about 8-9k, any ideas?Badge snobbery is not an issue.

  I noticed the popularity of the thread concerning the drop in petrol prices, but does anyone have any tips on how to save petrol apart from the usual, dont over accelerate amd turn off A/C etc... Please dont suggest 'dont drive at all'.

  Manufacturer quoted input power of 55W = 110W (piaa) is this really energy savings bulb. I assume its illuminance is better for wet driving at night.

  I have the misfortune to live and drive a car in London. The increase in bikes and particularly scooters in this city is understandable. The way most of them ride is not. Their aggressive, ill-mannered and downright dangerous riding is infuriating and is starting to provoke a backlash from car drivers.

  I have sent a picture of the electric 2CV I am soon to be using to Lee to be displayed on the pics site. This car is very weird to drive - no clutch, just whack it into gear, accelerates silently, the only noise at the 60mph max speed is the wind noise & tyre roar. Andrew

  Getting ignored in a delearship seems to be the norm. But what about "we are too busy to offer test drives on a Saturday?" I was the only customer but the three salesman seemed to be enjoying the rugby. No I won't be back.

  Does anybody know where the temperature sensor is. EQDSO is driving one at the moment, and it seems that despite the fact that it is supposed to measure outside temperature, the displayed temperature decreases after the aircon has been running for a while. I've had a look about, but I can't find anything.
