This F40 has been lightly used, covering fewer than a (verified) 3000km before the restoration and just 592km since. Fiat Dino Spider makes £83,600 at auction 8 Mar 2017 (News)
A BMW 320 (E30) Convertible that had received £7000-worth of renovation work sold for £4125. The car had covered 110k and had recently had a new rear screen and hood fitted as well as suspension refresh. Bargain of the sale looked to be a 1986 Porsche 944 with an MoT until July. It sold for £1350, which is cheap considering values for these car are on the up This one was described by the seller as a good usable classic and came with some history. -
Lancaster Insurance Mini resto to raise money for charity 23 Nov 2015 (News)
Lancaster Insurance unveiled its new project - a 1969 Morris Mini Super Deluxe - at this year's NEC classic motor show. The car, which was sourced by Classic Mini Finder , has covered just 33,000 miles from new and is completely original. It will be sympathetically restored before being sold at next year's NEC classic motor show by Silverstone Auctions . -
A Grand Monday: BMW 3-series (E30) 16 Feb 2015 (News)
There's the odd blemish here and there, but it does look like there are some rust bubbles beginning around the wheel arches... and possibly the sills. It does have 12 months' MoT, though - not bad for a car under a grand. -

Superquick Subaru UK Special 27 May 2001 (News)
Subaru has announced a UK only limited edition of the ugly new Subaru Impreza WRX. To be called the Impreza UK300, the new car has an optional Prodrive modified engine putting out a very serious 245bhp and 256lb ft (354Nm) torque. The extra power is felt most between 6,000 and 7,000rpm, and the extra torque from 3,000rpm where the new car develops 234lb ft (318Nm). -

Andy Wilson, 21, has been part of the club for a number of years and his 1961 Minor 1000 took centre stage at the club stand at this year's NEC Classic Car Show. "I actually own two Minors," said Andy. "I use my second car, a 1963 saloon, as my daily driver and cover 40 miles every day. Our club is using this show to tell other youngsters that they needn't be scared of classic cars. -

A 1967 Austin Healey 3000 MK III, the very last series production car that rolled off the line at the Abingdon factory, is for sale. The car will be auctioned as part of Classic Car Auctions two-day sale at the NEC Restoration Show on Sunday, 2 April. Chassis Number HBJ843025 was produced on 21 December, 1967, and first registered to the Donald Healey Motor Company in Warwick with the registration number OAC 656. It went through two more registered keepers in the Leicester area before the current vendor purchased the car in 1972, cherishing it for the last 45 years. This BJ8 is an original, right-hand drive manual car that has covered 56,000 miles in 50 years. -

Subaru reduces WRX STI price 24 Aug 2012 (News)
Subaru’s high performance WRX STI model has been reduced in price ahead of the new 62-plate launch, meaning it is now available from £26,995, a £6000 reduction. That price buys a 2.5-litre 300PS all-wheel drive performance car, but those hankering for more performance can upgrade for £1599. That increases performance to 340PS, by way of altered ECU settings and a tweaked exhaust system. The upgraded 340R model will hit 60mph in 4.7 seconds, with improved in gear acceleration to boot. -
