Car Survey, which found that the highest average repair costs were for the Land Rover Discovery 3, and that the Renault Megane Sport Tourer (2003-2009) had the lowest customer satisfaction rating. The survey is used to compile lists of the least and most reliable cars in each class, and also gives an average annual repair costs, giving car buyers and owners and idea of what sort of garage bills they can expect depending on how old their cars are. -

Hyundai is bucking the trend of August being a quiet month for used car sales by achieving a 100% success rate at a recent dealer online auction. 40 Hyundai dealers logged onto the electronic auction and bought all 39 cars for an average 105% of CAP Clean, reinforcing the brand's continued strong performance in the used car sector. -
London motor show gears up for eco cars 20 May 2008 (News)
The Electric Vehicle Village section of the event will showcase a range of zero-emission cars, including NICE Car Company's Super Light Car, the G-Wiz, a number of models from Quiet Cars and the Tesla Roadster. Concept cars will also be on display, as well as demonstrations of Elektromotive's Elektrobay on-street recharging station. -

Best Used Car 2008 picked up by Skoda Octavia 11 Mar 2008 (News)
Skoda's Octavia hatchback model has been awarded the Best Used Car of the Year 2008 prize by a motoring body. Readers of AM voted for the car ahead of competitors from Mazda, BMW and Honda in order to clinch the gong. This has not surprised Skoda head of planning John French, who states that although the car initially went into production in 1996, it is "as popular now as it was when it was first launched". -

THINK Electric Car Coming to London 5 Jul 2001 (News)
Ford's Think electirc car, first trialled in Denmark, is coming to London. Firms will be given the chance to lease the cars as from September 2001 before the car goes on sale to the public in mid 2001. It's a small, two seater polythene-plastic bodied car 9ft 10 ins long (2,990mm) first seen at 1999 Frankfurt Motor Show. -
