Disappointing from the get go
Ah - I did not get on with this car. Motorway MPG was 40 if I tried my best and local was high 20's, low 30's at best. At worst 30ish motorway and mid 20's local, embarrassing figures. The auto model was so poor at changing gears, slow and uneconomical. C02 was fairly high for a hatchback with such an unresponsive engine. The boot was deceivingly small and could handle a buggy but nothing else so the back seats always had stuff on them. The acceleration in the engine was pathetic and was not good for motorway overtaking. General city driving was comfortable and sporty (feel the corners) & parking was easy but that is about all I have to say in a positive light. That engine was the biggest let down & we could not live with it.
