Might be a better vehicle with the manual box, avoid the power-shift transmission on all Fords, a r****** auto gearbox that fails no matter how well you care for the car.
On the plus side - large spacious family vehicle. The old Galaxy works well for large families. Nice to drive and economical (when running correctly).
So yeah, choose carefully, or preferably, pick another more reliable car than this, I cannot recommend the Galaxy. Had a few other issues with electronics as well as the infamous power-shift auto-box problems! Mines will be sc***ped soon - it is a 2011 car with high miles (and still has problems) anyway, not worth anything now.
