The boot lid will not stay closed and pressing the lock button on the key fob will only lock the main doors. Because of this I suspect the solenoid in the lock is faulty. Is it difficult to replace ?

Ford Mondeo 2001 diesel 2.0-litre auto. When I turn on the ignition, the mileage does not show and speedo does not work, but everything else does. After 10-20 min of driving, it starts working again.
