Mondeo Filler cap not opening 16 Apr 2019 (Forum)
Does this happen often and therefore is it an obvious failure? How do I get the fuel cap open without ripping half the car off? It is a 1998 face-lift ford mondeo salon Ghia. (For all those who recommend Mondeo?s on this forum, let this be a lesion to you :-) ) -
Wiring in door open switches Escort 97. 10 Sep 2006 (Forum)
Hi it?s always bugged me a little that Ford were so cheap that they didn?t bother putting door open switches on the back doors. I noticed that these switches seem pretty easily available for a few quid and wondered how easy it is to wire them in? -
Totally unrealsitic dealer values 20 Jan 2004 (Forum)
My local Ford dealer has had a base spec 1.3 escort (S reg) sitting on its forecourt for almost six months now with a screen price of £3999. A quick look at price guides suggest he will do well to get half this for it, yet the price has not changed at all. -

Ford Escort - Front designs of the Ford Escort (Mk6 1995)? 12 Feb 2020 (Forum)
Same with the van model - almost all are numberplate at bottom but I found this one https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NzY4WDEwMjQ=/z/zb8AAOSwT9hcYXB7/$_86.JPG with grille at bottom instead. Even for cabrio I've found this anomaly https://live.staticflickr.com/3849/14535552692_2e95bf572e_b.jpg when literally 99% of other cabrio pictures show it with numberplate in the middle. -

Just needed a good valet inside made £22,000 plus £1,600 fees - if a private buyer. Too much money. 2015 Skoda Octavia 1.4 TSi SE 5dr - 54,000 miles. Tidy car but had poorly matched o/s wing repaint. Made £5,500 plus fees. Good car for someone who’s not too fussy. 2017 VW Golf 1.6 TDi S 5dr 103,000 miles but tidy and with good history. -

Toyota Auris Touring Sports - Which 2015 Petrol Estate? - Auris or Ceed? 18 Jan 2019 (Forum)
The Honda Civic estate was first choice, but there's limited choice and therefore a premium, so boiled it down to the Kia Ceed and Toyota Auris. I've found these that both have Full Service History and registered in October 2015, so I assume the Kia has 3+ years warranty left and the Toyota 1+ year. The Kia is thirster and has higher car tax, so over 5 years I estimate the total cost (purchase+fuel+tax) will be roughly similar excluding servicing & repairs. -
