  After reading the road test I popped into the Lexus showroom to have a look at the practicality for my circumstances. The prices is right and the car is beautifully designed and made, and I'm sure will be more than satisfactory for a couple or a family with two chiildren (albeit wealthy).

  hi my bosses lexus has done about 149,000 miles, and its now misfiring extremely badly on the front 4 cylinders, after driving it in and out of the workshop every day for 6 months, we've put new plugs and leads on it had the inlet manifold of and nothing seems like nothing was blocked, but very coked, we thought it may be something to do with the E.G.R. valve (exhaust gas recycling), please can some one help?

  Hi just after a fellow traders view on what would sell best out of a Auto or Manuel Lexus is 200, Just fancy one myself for a few months and not sure what they sell like and if the manuel or auto is harder to sell???   I thought it might be useful to write a blog of my experience of LPG conversion from start to finish. Today I will be dropping off my 1999 Lexus mk4 LS400 to Battersea Autogas to have a BRC system with auto flash lube fitted. I have requested they remove the inlet manifold when drilling to prevent swarf entering the engine. They have complied with my request without reservation, when I drop off the car I will also insist on photos being taken of the engine with the manifold off for confirmation.

  I wonder whether anyone has any views on whether a particular make or car has better quality components making up its construction than others. I once had a Lexus LS430 and the brake discs, for example, were very heavy and of good quality. I also think that modern cars seem to be getting lighter and flimsier components as manufacturers try to save money and push up MPG?
