Honda jazz, 2004 - Jazz slips when driving at 1.5 and 2.5 rpm 10 Oct 2013 (Forum)
I have recently had problems with a little jump or slip occasionally. It only happens when the car is warmed up and when it is driving around 2 to 2.5 rpms, and usually around 20, 30 and 40 mph, never above 50mph. I have flushed the transmission fluid and changed the engine oil, I am not sure what to do next, please advise.Toyota yaris 1.3 petrol 2007 - No gas in air con, can you still drive the car? 25 Jul 2013 (Forum)

I made the mistake of putting about 13L of un-leaded petrol in it. I was given the advice that if I filled the tank up diesel the car would be ok. It seems to be driving ok, but is taking 3 to 4 attempts to start. Also the oil warning light came on last time I started it. I'm worried I've caused damage, and would appreciate any advice.Vauxhall Meriva - Mysterious Oil Patch 29 Apr 2011 (Forum)

Hi Berlingo diesel DW8. Drives OK at low speeds and drives OK if it's pushed. However, around mid revs the engine seems to lack a little power. It feels like a flat spot, is this normal? Of more concern, if driving down the motorway at about 50-60mph and you ease off the power the engine feels very "jumpy".Re-sitting the driving test 19 Oct 2009 (Forum)
Should it affect the insurance rating /costs to insure As in I am suggesting that there are those driving at the very limit of their abilities, despite having passed the test I appreciate that there are also who suffer from "nerves" thus being competent /good drivers DESPITE requiring multiple attempts to pass their test food for thought M {made non make / model specific.Peugeot - 02 1.6 Won't start on warm engine 14 Jun 2009 (Forum)

I was thinking back the other day about the late 80's when dim-dip technology was introduced (preventing side light driving by switching on dipped beam at half voltage?). Does anyone know why this was discontinued? I have noticed many new cars driving around on tiny front side lights. Perhaps it will come back into discussion with possible future Euro rules on dipped headlights permanently switched on.Driving In Snow 9 Dec 2004 (Forum)
