  Car has now got 7,200miles going in for the second time can anyone give advice? My advice if you are thinking of buying a Mazda cx5 2.2d with the problems and experience I have had with the car I loved, don't buy one until Mazda comes clean with the problem that's imaginary ?

  I collect car BUT just 5 months later.[Jan 2016]..same thing... stopped car, phoned Mazda assist etc. Mazda  dealer will not provide paperwork re what they have done to my car. The guarantee runs out in Sept.  I've asked for refund as it is not fit for purpose. All they will do is provide a free oil change.

  My Mazda 6 is ready for its 75k mile service. Mazda dealer wants around £260 for this and of course I get my service book stamped (its up to date so far from previous owners who had it "officially" serviced by Mazda dealers) There are independant servicing companies that I've spotted on the net who claim they will also stamp the book once the job is done eg.

  The Mondeo i looked at they would rather see it rust than sell it to me for £500 less; they have offered me £300 off and told me to do one! My concern is i have been looking at Mazda Approved - this one isn't.  I am hoping to get the car for £14k.  So, do you think a 61 plate Mazda 6 TS2 with 8k miles on it, non-approved, is worth £14k?

  I love the look of the Mazda 6 sport but was put off by the 2.5 litre engine.Since the "6" came out they have launched a special edition called the 'Tamura'.Its based on the ts model but with full body kit and tinted windows.This model suits me perfectly as its got a 2 litre engine instead.The only thing that worries me is the 18" wheels.HJ has said in his review that you should avoid the 18" and stick with the 16" or 17" for the better ride.

  My current Lexus IS220D is being scrapped and I am getting a new Mazda 6. The Mazda does not come with a space saver wheel, but my old Lexus does. Can I simply keep the space saver from the Lexus and use it in the Mazda or will I need a specific Mazda space saver wheel?

• Mazda 3 TS2 1.6 D - Conrod through Engine 15 Jan 2014 (Forum)
  My TS2 1.6 diesel had a conrod go through the engine in Dec 13.  The car was 3 years old in Mar 13.  It has been serviced by Mazda each year but not inline with the Mazda mileages specified (Jan 11 with 10,061, Feb 12 with 24,416 and Mar 13 with 47,754). The car has been inspected by Magna Mazda in Salisbury and it needs a new engine, vacuum pump and turbo charger.

  Hi, I have a mazda cx5 with 100k on the clock. Was am getting check engine warning and the P2262 code. I then changed the exhaust pressure sensor from the old plastic one to the latest metal shell one. The code however keeps appearing.

  Hi    my 2015 2.2 Mazda CX5 diesel has started, occasionally, stuttering when driving at speed (5th / 6th gear).   I can drive for a few hours and it maybe happens once but it's a noticeable stutter. For the driver, it feels like something is catching.

  OK, quick question - looking at a 3-4 year old Focus 2 1.6 diesel. The same engine is in the Mazda3, and the cars are a similar price s/h. So, is the Mazda more reliable than the Focus? If you do a search for problems in the Backroom for Focus, and 3, you get far more Focus ones! Of course that may be because more Focus' are sold, but still... anyone run a 3 to high mileage here like 200k ... ?

  You aspect some in everyday driving but not this many there are simply loads and I only do about 8000 miles a year. Colour of the 6 is Dark Red. I am wondering if it is poor quality paint used by mazda but not sure how a could sort the problem as they are likley to say it is every day wear on the car but I have never had a car so prone to getting so many chips.

  My Mazda 6 is a really good car but the change from 1st to 2nd is giving me concern being obstructive if engine revs are below 3000 I have noticed that on changing gear at this engine speed the revs actually increase a bit before falling so stressing the synchro possibly!!

  I have an 08 Mazda 2.0 6 sport. For a few weeks now the steering intermidantly veers left or right. Sometimes when I apply the brakes but by no means every time. Often happens when I don't even touch the brakes. Can be when I accelerate or decelerate.
