  He currently drives a Lexus IS200 which he is really pleased with, however he is due to start making long commutes between Shropshire and Bournemouth and needs a diesel for economy purposes. The new cars he has shortlisted are:- Audi A4 1.9 TDI Honda Accord Executive (when the diesel is launched) Saab 93 Jaguar X type He doesnt like the Saab very much, and at the moment, the Jag is in the lead, however apparently there are problems with the Jag X type diesel.

  Have owned VW Golfs and an Audi A3 for the last 20 years and fancy a change. Everything about the Kia "on paper" looks good and of course the 7 year warranty is an attraction, as is the spec and the cost. I've read the reviews-all good-and a Kia dealer is local, so a test drive is the next thing!

  Afternoon all. I recently purchased a 63 reg audi a4 avant black edition with the 2.0 tdi 177 hp engine. The stated mpg when the car was advertised on the midlands audi's dealer website was 58.9 mpg combined. It became apparent very soon after had the car delivered was no where near this.

  The second garage thought that one of my lower suspension link hydra-bushes may be faulty. I got the Audi dealer to have a look and they came back with the usual 'no fault found'. I am convinced that the car still doesn't drive properly, and was wondering if any VW/Audi experts out there know of any issues that could cause this.

  Last week i hit a 2007 Audi at a petrol station which resulted in a scrape on the front wing of the Audi. After exchanging details with the owner of the Audi (during which time he offered to 'lay me out') he said he would get some quotes for the work needed and call me as claiming through insurance would mean i couldn't afford the increase (needed for work).

  A friend's son has just bought a 4 year old (UK 'R' plate) A6 Avante turbo diesel from a non-franchised dealer. Its got 68,000 miles on the clock, a full Audi main dealer service history and paint is bubbling off all four doors at the bottom. The tailgate is ok. Audi UK are refusing to accept rectification under warranty and so far have not offered any goodwill.
