VW Golf Side indicators mystery 20 May 2005 (Forum)

This Week's Poll - speeding again 10 Sep 2004 (Forum)
Just a comment that I find the symbols used on the results page of this week's poll somewhat judgemental. I thought I was taking part in a survey, not asking for an opinion on the speed I drive. Apologies if the mods feel this should have been emailed, but I think it's worth a discussion. Andy -
Chassis dynamics? 8 Aug 2004 (Forum)
With most manufacturers trying to out-do each other with the best handling cars in all catagories,i can understand this in sports cars and the like, but in the humdrum family saloon is it so important about having a pin-sharp chassis which encourages you to drive harder causing the kids to throw up and the missus to scream? -

Period of grace for MOT failures? 12 Nov 2003 (Forum)
Am I right in thinking that if your car fails the MOT and expiry date is, like, tomorrow, then somehow you can still legally drive around for a few days? e.g. (I'm guessing) if you can show you've booked the car in to have the work done in a few days time.
