  My '56 Nissan Note has recently been slipping gears in Drive and reverse. Nissan Oldham cannot find any fault. Has anybody else had this problem ?

  Dear All,  I am looking to buy either a Land Rover Freelander or a Nissan Pathfinder, My budget is around £7-8k, What are peoples thoughts,  My concern is the size of the Freelanders Boot, current car is a MK1 Ford Kuga which is too small with a dog, and luggage etc!

  Can anyone help. Started car perfectly today, won't accelerate over 80mph and looses poor on hills. No warning of this and still turning on and off perfectly....

  Have just inherited a Nissan QX. I wasn't sure about the car but Cannot believe how nice it is to drive.  The car is 20 years old and everything works perfect on it. Its big and comfy   not a sports car but comes with more toys  than my modern car.

  Hi I have a 2005 Nissan Xtrail where both wheel arches are beginning to rust. Nissan have rejected my warranty claim for repair. There appears to be a problem with earlier Xtrails but Nissan will not accept this. Has anyone got experience of appealing against a manufactures decision or too has suffered from rusty wheel arches.

  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-20759537 Interesting when compared to the rumours of Honda ceasing sales of the Japanese-built Accord in the UK. The hatchback that Nissan will be introducing (not the replacement for the Note, but the larger C segment hatchback), will be moved to another European factory - possibly Spain or Russia (where they will also build the next generation Qashqai and the Almera sedan for the Russian market).

  I am considering a nissan Pathfinder Auto 2.5dci, does anyone have experience of the reliability of engine or gearbox or any particular pitfalls with them please as I would like to use one for towing. The New model X-trail would of been ideal but power is reduced for the auto model!

  I have an eleven year old micra which has been great but I am thinking about replacing it .  I would like another nissan but i am not that keen on the micra shape now and I don't want a pixo.  The car shape i really like is the ford ka but having previously owned two fiestas, I think nissan is far superior, especially the body work, mine is just showing signs of corrosion now where the fiestas were corroded after five years.
